Arrival Story:
Holly is a foster fail. She was in rescue as our foster nearly a year - since she was 8 months old - before we decided to keep her. Holly was an unusually difficult dog to try and place, since she jumps 6 foot block wall fences with ease (luckily ours are 8 feet) and has enough energy to power a small city. We believe one of Holly's parents was a racing Alaskan that was brought down to California; the other parent was most likely purebred Siberian Husky. They were owned by backyard breeders a few hours from us and the litter stands as proof of why you should ALWAYS go through a reputable breeder, shelter, or rescue when you get a dog: out of the litter of six, we have had all the females (Holly and her two sisters, Autumn and Morgan) and one male in our rescue.

Holly is currently training to become a therapy dog.
