Arrival Story: Holly is a foster fail. She was in rescue as our foster nearly a year - since she was 8 months old - before we decided to keep her. Holly was an unusually difficult dog to try and place, since she jumps 6 foot block wall fences with ease (luckily ours are 8 feet) and has enough energy to power a small city. We believe one of Holly's parents was a racing Alaskan that was brought down to California; the other parent was most likely purebred Siberian Husky. They were owned by backyard breeders a few hours from us and the litter stands as proof of why you should ALWAYS go through a reputable breeder, shelter, or rescue when you get a dog: out of the litter of six, we have had all the females (Holly and her two sisters, Autumn and Morgan) and one male in our rescue.

Bio: Holly is currently training to become a therapy dog.
