Bio: Hoss is a goofy boy that loves to play! He has a happy energy that is easily applied to training. As a people lover, he would do well in almost any type of home as long as he gets his exercise. He loves children!

Hoss was too scared of the mass activity of his surroundings to run the 5k with me. My partner, Amy, and her mom came with us and brought Ninja, too. They held onto both dogs while I ran my best time of 30:20 for 5k. There was a lady who volunteers at the SPCA that's interested in Hoss :) And he did fine walking around, was just too scared of the race part.. I'm sure it mostly had to do with getting there a bit late. He didnt have time to acclimate to t he environment.
After the race, thunderstorms started up and rained us out! Poo. Hope the next one is sunny!

Hoss and I have been working hard at increasing our stamina for the 5k run that we are doing on March 26th. It benefits other homeless pets, THAT is why we are doing it.
I was looking at gahomelesspets.com this morning, I came across so many animals that had been surrendered.. I can't imagine doing that!!! They were cared for and had a warm plave to sleep, kids to play with them, a yard to sniff, a walk to go on, and one day.. BOOM. They're in a kill shelter...It breaks my heart to think that Hoss was one of these dogs, as well. I love this guy so much, I wish I had space for him in my home. He has truly touched my heart. With each foster dog and cat that I communicate with, I can feel my heart aching worse, yet growing at the same time.
If you feel the same way that I do, please join us at the GA SPCA's annual Run For The Rescues or make a donation. We all know that it is crucial to the healthcare of these homeless pets.
Thank you fellow animal lovers for being there!!!
