Arrival Story:
When Sam and Jackie met 5 years ago, not only did they fall in love, but they bonded over their love of dogs. Sam had Dutchess growing up and Jackie had Peaches, Jake and then Daisy growing up. However, living in the DC Metro Area in small apartments was not a good time to have a dog. After getting married and moving into a more spacious apartment, they were ready to add a dog into the mix. Since the Caroline County Humane Society (in Jackie's hometown) was always in financial need, they chose to adopt from there. Charlie (then named Sawyer) seemed like a perfect match! A week later they picked him up and brought him to his forever home.
