Arrival Story:
Charlie was an owner surrender at the shelter. The shelter folks thought there was something wrong with him neurologically and were looking for a foster home for him. We stepped up for him. No neurological issues here!

Bio:
Charlie is a lap dog. If he can't get into your lap (oh, and he can be very determined) he will settle for the rug at your feet, the laundry basket, or the dog cushion. You can hold him like a baby. Charlie is also a terrier to the core. He may be 9 years old, but he has his moments of spunk & terrier 'tude. Charlie miiiiiight end up staying here with us. Who knows.
