 Quick Bio:
Likes: Being with people, going for walks or rides in the car, giving kisses, sleeping on the bed and digging at the bed, eating anything that's not dog food (especially toilet paper), running laps in the apartment

Pet-Peeves: Being brushed, having nails cut, anyone using the toaster, the smoke alarm, being left at home while my parents go out, my dad cooking sausage, having my face washed, pretty much anything that has to do with grooming

Favorite Toy: My kong (but only when there's a treat in it), blue squeaky bone, stuffed banana, carrot, loves all toys really

Favorite Food: Chicken! peanut butter, chips, greenies, pretzels, anything my parents are eating, ice, oh and did I mention CHICKEN?!!!

Favorite Walk: Anywhere! Going around the neighborhood, or even going to get the mail or take out the trash with my mom

Best Tricks: Retreiving any toy by name, begging/waving, "go get mommy", stand, spin, sit, stay, down, rollover, asking to have my kong filled

Arrival Story: My mom always wanted a big dog, but after realizing she would be in an apartment for a while, my parents decided to get a little dog. My dad researched small dogs and they decided to get a poodle mix. They thought they would get a cockapoo, but when they saw me, they just couldn't resist me. And that's how they ended up with a pekapoo.

Bio: I am the nicest sweetest dog ever. That's what I am told. I love people so much, and I get really sad if everyone doesn't greet me. I love to play with my toys, and cuddle on the bed with my parents.
I had to have a foster doggy mommy when I was really little because my doggie mommy killed one of my siblings and would have gone after me if I wasn't removed. I have one full brother out there somewhere..I wish I could find you.
I am a very spoiled dog now, but my parents wouldn't know what to do without me!

Well, my parents bought a kayak. I hate to be left behind, so my parents made sure to take me. I wasn't sure what a kayak was, but now I know it's kind of like a car that drives on water. I was really scared at first, but they just pulled me in. I got to sit with my daddy in the back. I was shaking because I am a scaredy dog, but then my mom pointed out the birdies. I love birdies!!!! It got more interesting then. It was kind of like sticking my head out of the car window, which I love, but I got a little wet. Oh, and I had to wear this weird puffy red jacket thingy. I hate all clothes, but my mommy just thought I was the cutest thing ever. She just kept ooing over me and hugging me. I think she said there will be pictures later, so I am sure you will all see me in my life jacket. What can I say, it's hard being me!

My parents took me the lighted boat parade yesterday. I was really excited to see all the people. I would beg anyone who walked by to come pet me. Some people did, but definitely not enough. I would sit and cry when the people wouldn't come see me. I did meet some nice older ladies who had a big Aussie. She was a nice doggie, but she didn't want to play with me. The lady tried to give me a treat, but I didn't feel like eating.
When the parade started, I got a little nervous. They shot off some fireworks which made me shake. My mom was mad they had fireworks with all the doggies around. It was very cold out so I had to wear my jacket. I didn't mind as much as usual because it was quite chilly. I also cuddled up to my mom under the blanket to keep warm. The parade didn't last too long, but it was fun being out.

Well, I wanted a treat in my kong, so I threw it at my mom. Know what? She actually put a cookie in my kong. I have my mom trained so well. Anyway, I then realized that the cookie was stuck in my kong, and I couldn't eat it. So I cried, and cried, and cried. I didn't know how to get my cookie out. I stared at it for a while. I put it in my bed hoping the cookie would crawl out. When that didn't work, I cried some more. I threw it around a bit, and then carried it around crying. My mom was no help either. She just laughed at me and said I was cute. Doesn't she know there is a terrible cookie situation occurring???! So I cried some more, got a drink of water, and remembered that I have to lick and chew at the cookie until it falls out. Then I was able to eat my cookie out of my kong. I hope I remember how to do this next time.
I think I'll go ask mom for another cookie in my kong!
