Madamoiselle was brought to our local SPCA shelter two years ago in a filthy state. Due to her condition, our constable is confident that she was \'dumped\' from a puppy mill as she was too old to have any more puppies.

Bio:
Madamoiselle underwent surgery to remove rotten teeth and to be spayed as pyrometria had already begun. No one wanted to adopt her due to her age and medical needs. We fostered her and then adopted her. She\'s tiny, but tough! Madamoiselle is healthy and happy and living out her days in the comfort that all animals should have.
