Arrival Story:
My fiance and I were just driving home one night when we passed by a local pet store. I remembered they had adopt a pet nights there at that time and suggested we should go. I had been wanting a dog of my own since she wasn't going to move in till we got married. So we looked at all the dogs and I had my heart set on a cute little puppy right away, but the more I thought about it the less it seemed appropriate since I worked so much. I wouldn't be there for the dog and work with it the way it would need to be. So thats when we noticed Herbie. He was so well behaved in his cage and was just so cute. I intially was looking for a medium sized dog but we took to Herbie right away. So we asked the foster parents all kinds of questions about him and finally decided he was the dog for me and eventually for us when we got married.
