Well my daddy and his squad are finally on PERMANENT nights! There are 4 squads and for I think, 20 years, they have been on rotating squads (1 month nights, 1 month days 6:30-7:00, 12.5 hours). Dad's been at his job for 7 years and they finally allowed 2 of the 4 to go to permanent shifts.

Dad is on nights and veryyyyyyyyyy happy! So is mom! And so am I 'cause I get to sleep on the bed while mom stays up till' 4am or so.

I do miss him 'cause he gives me treats :)

I hope it doesn't rain Saturday. Why? 1) I smell like wet dog 2) We're going to have patio pavers in our back yard under the deck but if it rains=postponed! 3) Mom says I can't go on the bed or furniture until my paws are dry...
