Arrival Story:
We got Milo when he was a puppy, we actually picked him out when he was born. We had 3rd pick of the liter. Milo is very special to us because when we brought him home we noticed he was having issues going to the bathroom he would just be standing and it was just coming out. After a week or so we decided to have the Vet take a look. Milo was diagnosed with Spina Bifida. At that moment the vet told us Milo was never going to be able to know when he was going to the bathroom so we could either put him down or just deal with it. Obviouslly the vet didn't know who he was talking to because me and my husband are major animal loves there was no way we were going to put this animal down without giving him a chance at life. So we did what we hope anyone else would do, we brought him home and dealt with it. We put Milo in a diaper. As the days went by my husband made up a harness for Milo that way the diaper would stay on because Milo was good at getting out of his diaper. Some people think were crazy for what we do, that we change a dogs diaper, but he's our baby and we have no problem doing it. He is the best dog we could ever ask for even if his disease comes with other problems, but we just deal with it and let Milo live his to the fullest. Eight years later and in size 7 diapers he is a happy dog that does everything else a normal dog does besides go to the bathroom outside.
