Arrival Story:
Jester is an AKC registered Siberian Husky and had the same owners his whole life. He was surrendered by his owners. He lived with a human family, a beagle mix female, and three rescued pit bulls. The family could not afford to feed and care for the dogs due to financial hardship. The offer was made to keep Jester for them until things got better, but the hole is too deep and they couldn't promise that they could ever take him back. I can only imagine how heartbreaking it was to give him up. However, the family was able to keep the beagle mix with a relative. We are still trying to find fosters for the two adult pits and puppy.

Bio:
Jester is only 15 to 20 lbs underweight. He needed basic medical attention and care for an eye infection, but he is neutered and incredibly well-mannered. After he is fattened up and he is healthy, he will be none the worse for wear. He is an amazing and beautiful dog. He should weigh over 70 lbs and his husky howls sound even bigger. He is still getting used to everyone and everyone is getting used to him.
