I have been living here with the moms, Trudy, Scooter, and Spirit for over two years now. Life is good. I still adore Trudy. I want to love Scooter...I really do, but she keeps trying to take my bully stick or she wants to steal my food. Thankfully mom sticks up for me. I will sleep next to Scooter from time to time. I think she loves me, but she wouldn't admit it ;-).
As for Spirit, I really wish she would let me sniff her some more. She doesn't seem to want to be closer and hisses when i get too close.
Overall, life has been great!
I do want to share that I had my first seizure yesterday though. At least I think it was my first one. It lasted a few minutes. It took a few minutes to feel normal and i'm glad my other mom was me. The vet looked me over, looked at my bloodwork and all was okay. We'll keep an eye on it. Let's hope I'll be okay. Yea, so let me ask you...send me PoP and prayers that I'm ok...ok? Thanks friends!

So, why is it I have been here 2 1/2 years and mom has never done a diary entry. I hope you feel bad mom!
Well, I came here in September 2010. September 25th to be exact. One mom saw me at a beagle adoption fair and asked my other mom if she would consider adopting another beagle. My sisters Trudy and Scooter were already living there and had been for a few years. So mom says let me think about it and as they left the adoption fair, my other mom starts crying. Mom realizes she can't so no.
So, a week later, they do a home check and it's time for me to go meet my new family. We meet at a dog park near the house, and everything goes well. We head back to the house, up the stairs, and Trudy barks at me funny (I think it's because I was sniffing her butt...I mean REALLY sniffing her butt). I peed right then and there. Her barroooo scared me.
I seemed to be okay and my moms seemed super nice. Scooter, Trudy, and my kitty sister Spirit put up with me and the rest is history! I am really attached to Trudy. I just really adore her. Where she goes, I go.
I'm thankful for my forever home!
