Arrival Story:
Failed foster. Miss Sookie was having a hard time at Oakland Animal Services. Separated from beau, Butterball, who now resides in Central California, Sookie was destined to be put down due to some dog dog aggression. I pulled her from the shelter with hopes to prepare her for a new family, but progress did not happen soon enough. When it came down to making a decision, I knew that I couldn't part with her. She became part of the family and is in love with her big bro, Rhino. Yes, Sook has a hard time with new dogs, but given a slow intro, she does really well.
