Bio:
Walter arrived with his "little brother" Kevin in tow. Definately the "big" brother he's rather out-going, likes to be in charge. His foster mom calls him "trouble waiting to happen". However, Walter is a good boy and responds well to corrections. He just needs some help "re-channeling" of that wonderous basset energy.
