Oh my ear!

Oh my ear! No, not 'oh my dog', oh my ear!

Mama says my left ear is GOOPY! Lots of dark tar in there! Not my right one!

Daddy has the best sniffer, so Mama had him compare my two ear smells. Daddy confirmed it! My left ear smells more!

Although Mama LOOOOOOVES cleaning out ears, she says we gotta get this fixed! Goin' to the vet tomorrow!

Catch!

Catch! That's my latest trick! We started today!

Mama says we will all have a few minutes of training right before mealtimes! All three of us dogs are learning 'catch'!

Mama has tried it a different way before and it didn't get very far. NOW she's tryin' a different way, she says!

She's holding the biscuit right over our nosies about 2 feel and just dropping it!

This is a small step in a bigger plan, she says!

She's super impressed that I can catch so well! My big mouth comes in handy! I may be super calm and lovie, but my reflexes are sharp as a tack!

Is it dinner yet? I wanna catch!

Would you like poultry for dinner tonight, Mummy?

That's what I said when I brought in a sparrow and dropped it about a yard from my Mummy! Are you hungry? Can I assist? Here's a birdie!

Mama shrieked and got toiley paper to pick up the birdie. She got to the door and realized IT WASN'T DEAD!

Fresh is really superior, Mama!

Mama held it until it started looking at her, then she put it outside with some food and water. And POOF! It disappeared!

Mama says I have a gentle mouth. Her furrend told her to wring the birdie's neck, Mama didn't really think it would survive, but she couldn't KILL it! She shoulda let me and Frankie! Silly Mommy!

I guess no super-fresh poultry for dinner for me or Mama tonight! Oh well! Just tryin' to provide, Mama!

Tricks and treats!

Dog class tonight was really great! I worked SO hard!

I did sit stay and down stay just great!

Then we learned tricks!

I learned 'peek-a-boo'!
And 'roll over'!
And 'BANG'

Wow! Mama says I'll need lotsa practice, but I did them all! Woof woof!

Next week we have a PRACTICE TEST!!! Mama says I'll be ready!

I'm ready for bed, but first I'll get the ZOOMIES with Frank!!!

Should we stay or should we go?

That's what Mama says! She says that me and she can go to Colorado a month before Daddy and Frank and Joey! Me and Mama! What a nice idea! She says she can get the house ready and some cleaned and stuff, and maybe find a job!

We can walk the neighborhoods and explore the area!

Mama says she doesn't know for sure, should we stay or should we go now? Do-do-dee-do-do-do-do....

Mama's going to try to get me to (1) beg and (2) put a treatie on my nose for a trick. She says it's time to practice - gotta go! Wish me luck! And hope she drops a lot of treats! BOL!

Help! I need a trick!

Hey guys! I have to learn some fancy cutsie trick by my next class on Thursday, any ideas? Mama says she can't decide! She thought teaching me to stand on my front 2 feet would be funny, but doesn't want me falling! BOL!

Silly Mommy! What kind of trick can I learn and show off to my class? Since this community is so big and smartie, I thought you could have some ideas! I'll whisper them in Mama's ear when she's sleeping! BOL!

I can already sit, stay and lie down... so those don't count... I can wait... and I'm very quiet and calm. Hmmmm.... put your thinking caps on! Me too!

Mama go boom!

I furgot to tell about when Mama went BOOM!

Monday, before she went out of town she took me and Frankie for a bike ride - fur the first time! Daddy usually takes us.

I like to PULL! Just at first. Mommy thought it was funny, until I got in FRONT of the bike! Mama cursed herself for not keeping me back and she fell down!

Since I'm a psychic dog, I knew that as she was falling, she was thinking (1) angle the bike AWAY from dogs (2) Don't let GO of dogs leashes and (3) DON'T BREAK SKIN!

Mama said she fell once before with Ulli and Joey and got road rash on her ankle. She said it HURT!

Mama did all three things okay! She landed on her hip and bounced a little, but she's okay! We're all okay! She even got up and kept riding us (since she fell 300 feet from the garage...) about 1.5 miles!

Mama isn't sure when she'll ride us together again... maybe Joey with Frank and then again with me?

Silly Mommy! We won't hurt you! Not on purpose, anyway! BOL!

She's looking at me and Frankie wearily... not sure what she'll do tomorrow! BOL!

Sweet Mommy is home!

Oh, my sweet Mommy! I missed you! I missed you so much I almost ate your pillow! And I did eat your heating pad!

When Mama got home she laid on the couch and I climbed right on top of her! Let's talk! And sniff! And cuddle! Wanna pet me? You DO? Okay!!

Joey is a little terse with me lately, but Mama and Frankie both tell her to stop. I try to play with her, but Mama says I might need to take it a little more slowly...

She's so pretty and smart and tall and a neat girl. One day she'll really play with me, I know it!!!

Where's momma?

My momma is missing. Anyone out there seen her? Dad said she went to Colorado to find us a new home. What's wrong with this one, I asked?!?! So I guess we'll be getting a new home soon. Daddy says there is a pool and all sorts of room to run around, so I guess it won't be so bad. It'd be nice to get out of this California desert heat! Whew!

Last night I missed momma so much I slept in her spot on the bed. Usually I cuddle with Daddy, but I was just wanting my momma near me so I took the next best thing I could get!! I sure hope she comes home soon! Daddy's just not quite as fun as momma! shhhhhhh, don't tell him I said that.....

School is cool!

Really! That's A LOT! Mama says we're gonna practice today! Yay! What an amazing concept, me understanding what they are telling me!

I played with Mama the other day in the neighbors yard, it was so fun! It was about 10pm and I had the zoomies! We ran around and I nibbled on her pants legs and grabbed her arms and legs oh-so-gently with my mouth! Mama says I have the most gentle mouth ever! Yeah, I've got a good thing here, I don't want to mess it up! BOL!

Joey has been a little crabby with me lately, but I think it's because she thinks I want to replace her. Today I licked her mouth, saying, "I'll be the baby, you can be the grown up" and she was happy with that.

I had a mile run with the bike this morning! WOW! Me and Frank run together with Daddy! Mama says she'll take us soon. Her and Joey go have a 'girls ride' every morning. Silly girls!
