Sophia is a lovely lady that had the misfortune of being raised in a puppy mill. But...she is one of the lucky ones, she was saved!! She is about 7 years old, is now spayed and heartworm free. She is up to date on vaccinations, and is diligently working on housetraining. Due to her history, a quiet home is a must. She loves cuddling on someone's lap and knows what treats are. She will make someone a wonderful companion. She deserves a forever home. She is shy but she is loving also. She gets along well with other dogs but does stay to herself most of the time. Sophia will be adopted out only inside the state of Louisiana.

My furever home.

I have found my furever home. I love my parents and my sister and brother. I feel comfortable here like I belong here. I am happy and I am loved. I am not an orphan anymore. I have a home. I have a family of my own!

I like it here. Mom and dad love me a lot and my doggie friends are nice to me. I have everything I want here but mom says someone wants to give me a home. I don't know who the humans are who are interested in me. I know mom and the rescue PAAW, will make sure it is a good home before they let me go there. It might be nice to live in a quiet home but I would miss it here. Tomorrow I will meet the lady and see if we like each other.

Every one of us has their favorite spot. Mine is in front of the doggie door. I lay there and look outside the door at the sun and my friends playing. When I feel like it I go out and lay in the sun. Doggie doors are so awesome. I sure hope mt furever home has a doggie door.

I am feeling comfortable her. I am a shy girl so it took me a little while. Now that I know everyone and see that mom and dady are going to be good to me I'm OK. Yep! Life is good.
