Arrival Story:
My dad picked Annie out of a litter. She was the runt. He had her for 4 days and then brought her up to show me and my sons. Well, needless to say, we would not let her leave. She loves her Papa and when he comes over she is by his side until he leaves.

Annie's Rough Day at Home

Annie's Rough Day at Home

Annie's typical day starts in the morning with a quick trip outside, but not for long because if it is a little bit cold she is back upstairs on the couch for a little post wakeup snooze. If she is lucky one of her family members will go out and play with her in the backyard. Usually this means we stand in one spot and watch her make a obstical course around the backyard. She is so funny to watch. She jumps like a deer, runs like a horse and bites like an Africian Gray and yet she is the most loving, gentle animal I have ever seen.

After a run outside, her favorite thing to do is sit on her pillow and soak up some sun with Dad (my husband).

Then it is time for some breakfast, but not without making sure there is no human food to be found first. If we are sitting at the table eating she will put her head on my lap just to make sure I know she is ready, willing and able to pick up anything I might choose to give her.

At the end of the night, she really likes it when you sit on the couch with a blanket that is long enough to land on the floor a little so that she can sit close to you and be warm.

She is such a lovable dog - us humans wouldn't be the same without her...
