Terrible TWOs

I am now 2 years old, Mom can't believe it but she is darn proud of me. She's anxious because now I'm in the terrible TWOs or worse, a teenager. Well, I plan on just being myself: sassing back and ignoring all her commands...wow being a teen is great.

Lucha Libre!

So Mom decides to go on a short holiday to Mexico City over Thanksgiving and guess what she brings back for me? A luchadore mask! It's a copy of the one that Canek wears, it's awesome! I only like wearing it for 5 seconds but it's enough for a picture, so stay tuned the first Pug Luchadore to dominate the wrestling world! Lucha Libre!!!!

Howlllloween 2006!!!

So Mom decides that I should be a FLY for Howlloween this year, she made the costume except for the wings (our friend Mark made those). I like the costume except for the eyes, I hate having things on my head, so the eyes usually find their way onto my neck. If I really were a fly, I could 'fly' which would be awesome!!! Mom will walk around with a fly swatter just in case no one can figure out who I am. I'm a cute fly, not the gross kind like Jeff Goldblum in the movie, ew. I'm the pest that you just love to cuddle and kiss ;) HAPPY HOWLLOWEEN!!!

Franken-TOYS!

Franken-toys are the tops, the best toys that just keep coming back. I tear them up and mom sews them up. Introducing: franken-soccerball, franken-blitzen and franken-beef, they've all come back to me!! Mom has been dutifully sewing all their rips and holes that I so lovingly endowed upon them. No longer is the house a toy graveyard but more of a limbo environment. "TOYS, get ready to meet your maker, moohoowahahahaha!!!".

DUNCE?!?!? Who??? ME??!?!

Mom put up a new picture of me in a 'DUNCE' cap, you know like the ones that the kids used to wear in the little red school houses. I think she got inspired by the Little Rascals and decided to take it out on me. I know I'm not a DUNCE and she knows it too, I got a ton of treats in the process of the photo shoot, so I'm cool with it. Besides I plan on getting her back in the near future, she better sleep with one eye open.

Beach blanket bingo!

I went to the beach for the very first time this past weekend and was it fun! I didn't like the hot sand at first but when we walked towards the water it was much cooler. The water was a bit scary at first, it was loud and kept rushing at me and then went away...only to come back again. Mom jumped into the water and so I figured, "Hey, why not, I'm a toughie.". I hopped into the water and it was so cold and refreshing. We ran around with all the dogs and I nabbed some toys so Mom would have to take them back in embarassment, hee hee....I loooove doing that. I can't wait to go back so I can roll in seaweed and maybe start to swim!

Meaning of my name, the meaning of life

So I've decided to let you all in a little secret about myself, I'm actually a Great Dane in a pug disguise. Well, no that's physically impossible so that's not the secret. It's really not a secret, I just get asked about my name, BANGOO. What does it stand for? What does it mean?
Bangoo - all omnipotent being that desires all your kibble....I wish.

It means fart in Korean (fart - to expel intestinal gas through the anus; break wind; an often audible discharge of intestinal gas). Mine tend to be the SBD (silent but deadly) sort which always catches mom off guard.

Most everyone we tell giggles or guffaws, which makes us happy, we like nothing more than to make someone smile. Some are offended, like they don't know the meaning of fart, they never engage in such vulgar activities but the ozone knows better.

We say bake an air biscuit and serve it up with pride.

My way or the highway...bub.

It's been a while since I wrote, I've been busy...food is my #1 love and requires a lot of attention. We've been attending the monthly pug meetups and I love it! My wardrobe is slowly growing, I wore a Hot Pink Polo for the Valentines meetup and the St. Pugtrick's meetup has me clad in Green and Gold. I'm wrastling with a Boston Terrier in one of my pics and you can see the comfortable green and gold tee; I guess you can say he thought I was his lucky pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. The Easter meetup is almost here and I can see Mumsers is eyeing a pair of bunny ears, I absolutely hate headwear. We'll see what I end up wearing that day, I'll keep you posted.

First Birthday

I turned ONE on the 1st of January, it was great, 12 months of living and I got to celebrate! I got a new collar, silver and oh so shiny. My Grandpa got presents since it was his birthday too, but I didn't let him steal my thunder!

Gimpers

I somehow hurt my knee, the Vet says the knee cap popped out and then back in. So, until it heals I really can't play much and haven't been to Dog Park in forever. I'm so antsy, I can't wait until this knee heals so I can run and jump like normal.
