Soggy spring

Well with the warm weather my partner Carter and I get pretty wet and dirty when we go outside and play in the backyard. Carter tends to get dirtier but the water and mud sticks in my furry feet more and stays there. When we go inside we have to stay in the back entry for awhile and dry off. I don't like getting my feet wiped with a towel very much. Sometimes if the gate is down Carter tears through the house all excited and he doesn't realize what a mess he's making. He drives me nuts sometimes, my owner too. But we both realize he doesn't know any better and we love him just the same. Beagles are kind of like having a special needs child
