Today, I awoke in mommy's bed. I spend most nights nights there. Getting little response from her I headed to the living room where my human sister was sleeping. I managed to awaken her by jumping on the couch so she could pet me. After that she got mommy awake and I got lots of pets. They spent most of the morning ignoring my "pet me" face, only paying attention to their brand new cellphones. I mostly just lounged around the house. then we had a visitor and i jumped up and barked to reassure my family I would protect them. Good thing it was just my mommy's friend, then they wouldn't have to see I'm really pretty useless against an invader.. the rest of my day was pretty dull so that's all for today! I'll write soon
