Arrival Story:
Someone was giving him away in front of a store when a humane society volunteer left work. She took him so at least the person adopting him would be screened. I saw him at the adopt-a-pet in January when I was dropping my foster cats off. I'd been thinking about getting a dog for awhile. The week before I was playing with Purina's online questionnaire to determine what dog breed would fit best in your home. Based on my answers, the best dog for my home was an Italian Greyhound. Couldn't believe it when an IG puppy showed up at the very next AAP!

Bio:
Dickens passed his test in November so he's now an AKC Canine Good Citizen! He's now trying to decide whether to do Obedience or Agility or just have fun ... July 2006 - Dickens has decided to try Rally. His first novice fun match was in July and he scored 83. Dickens claims he would have done better if his handler was a bit more on the ball!!!
