Arrival Story:
Dexter is a scared little man. Dexter was rescued with the group of dogs from the WV shelter that was "cleaning house." Someone out there made his life pretty bad. All he wants to do is snuggle up on your lap and be loved. He will roll over and lay down if you try to pick him up. He likes to come to you when he wants to, which is every time you sit down. The perfect home for Dexter would be a home with adults and smaller dogs. He loves to play but big dogs scare him. Dexter will not need to have a fenced in yard, he would do ok with walks for exercise. A home without kids would make Dexter happy. He will growl if he thinks he is going to be hurt, but he will then snuggle up with you.
Bio:
Dexter is house trained, neutered, and UTD on shots. His adoption fee is $200 to cover all his care such as neutering, vaccinations, food, pull fee, and supplies.
