Arrival Story:
My Mom mulls everything over. She knew she wanted a massive dog but could not decide between an Old English Mastiff and an Italian Mastiff. She finally found a great hybrid combination of the two and knew that's the dog she wanted. The hybrid breed is 80% purebred Old English Mastiff and 20% purebred Cane Corso. It took a few months, but Mom said she did not mind waiting for her bundle of apricot brindled boy joy! Right now I'm a little guy but Mom says I will be over 170 lbs when I am a big guy. She had my I.D. tag, beds, and toys all ready for me when I came home from my birth mom's house. She even had my crate and pen set up so I have my very own space.
Bio:
My mom brought me home when I was just seven weeks old and weighed eight pounds. I'm growing like a well watered weed. I'm pretty lean though. I get some snacks. Not a lot cause I have a sensitive stomach. Not all that into bully sticks but I love bones. My favorite are knuckle bones. Don't know what that means, just know they are fun and delicious. I went to puppy training school. I learned a lot and had fun. I will be going to more training classes later. Mom thought it might be better for me to have some company so she surprised me with my sister, Dakota Sioux. We call her Daxi.

His Name:
The name Sylvester means, 'From the woods.' Brindling has always reminded me of woods and forests. Back in the day the name was most commonly given to woodsmen or lumberjack types. Maximilian is derived from Maximus which means the greatest. My Silly-Vester Maximilian is the greatest.

This is a great day for us Dogsters. We get to smell delicious food on the grill all day. Then, if we're lucky, we get to sample some of it. Just a little so there are no repercussions. :) Me and Daxi had some stupendous chicken fingers earlier. Lovin' the life. Love *SLY*
