From the Eyes of an Angel

My first visit to the Doggy beauty shop

Wow! Today mommie took only me in the car for a ride. I felt so special and I sat really still beside her. We stopped at this little shop and she let me go with her inside. Was I in for a surprise. The nice lady says "oh what a pretty pom" and I pranced around and around in circles. Then Mommy Left!!! Oh I got so scared cause Where was my Mom!! I was even more surprised when the nice lady picked me up, hugged me and dumped me in a tub of warm water. My Gosh! What a blast. Did I tell you I love water? I wish I had a pool, I'd go swimming everyday. Well this nice lady put bubbles all over me that smelt really good. I tried to eat them, yuck. Then she sprayed me off with more water, wooo hoooo. But after rubbing me down with a towel she started brushing my hair and using sharp shiny cutting things and I started to cry cause all my pretty hair was falling all around me. I kept looking and trying to say Wait a minute, No No No. It seemed like forever she kept doing this and I was afraid I'd be naked and bald. Then of all things, she did my nails. I got my teeth brushed and my ears cleaned. Suddenly she was spraying me with a really great smell. Tyed a pretty bow in my hair too. Mom came back!! I barked and jumped and mom laughed calling me her beautiful dollbaby. When we got home she took tons of pictures. Whew, I'm so tired. I hope I don't have to do this again tomorrow. But it was fun except when mom left me but it all worked out good.

Angel tells on Mojo

Today, Mojo sure got in trouble. He seems to always be in trouble lately. Usally cuz he digs socks and undies out of the laundry basket and rips them apart....tsk! But today he got scolded from nose to tail cuz he left the yard. I mean like, z00000000000m there he goes and Mom couldn't make him come back. I sat on the porch and watched the whole thing. After about 15 minutes Mom got him to come home and boy did he get it. She said she'd hang him up by the toes next time, dang it. I snickered, yea that would be a sight. Maybe he will do it again (hee hee). I sure love this place, Dogster. I'm meeting so many new friends and talking to Roxy when she whispers to me from Rainbow bridge. She and Bo are my guardian Angels. Well I'm going to bed now. Angel kisses to all!
