Dixie loves to go camping and on boat rides. She loves to go on hikes, too. But I think what she likes most of all is her recliner. She's a lovely girl, but a lazy one.
Pet-Peeves:
Being messed with after bedtime. Once she is ready to turn in for the night, she jumps up into her recliner, curls up and faces away from us and nobody better muck with her.
Favorite Toy:
Our 3 ferrets. Tennis balls. Socks. Underwear that's laying on the floor.
Favorite Food:
Ol' Roy and my homemade dog treats.
Favorite Walk:
She love to go on hikes anywhere.
Best Tricks:
Snatching up cloths that are on the floor, while we are bathing. She'll sneak in, knowing she's not suppose to be in there and slowly work her way over to the pile of cloths, then quickly snatches whatever she can and high-tails it into the living room.
Arrival Story:
We had a Mountain Cur that disappeard 3 weeks ago. Our other dog, Mickey, became so lonely, so we bought her a new play thing.....Dixie. Plus we've always wanted a Bassett and the timing was just right.
