Hi dogster pals! Thanks for making me feel so welcomed! My big sister Lucy was right. Dogster is a wonderfurstastic place where everybody knows your name. I have received welcome pressies and I have made quite a few pals :)
Today is the first day of the rest of my wonderful life. That’s what I said to Mama when she picked me up this morning with my sister Lucy.
We spent the day running around the backyard following each other. My sister Lucy gave me the tour of the place and explained to me the rules and regulations that govern the Perez Casa. And she made it very clear that I need to follow them.
All is well...Life is good! I found my forever home...
Oh...and by the way, Mama kept following us with her camera…BOL!

Today Mama came home at a decent time. It was still daylight. The last couple of days she had come home from work very very late. So today was a good surprise to see her home early.
And it got even better when I saw that she had brought us a gift! Arrooo...She got me and Lucy matching harnesses!
I was fitted with my new harness and leash and off we went. I sniffed and explored all the way. I made Mama very proud. I didn't pull or anything and I was able to keep a constant pace. I think I tired Mama...BOL!
Then Mama took Lucy on her walk. She said that later in the week she's going to try and take us both at the same time.
....arroooo....life is good!
ps - I want to thank everypup that has made me feel welcomed in this great dogster place! Nite-nite everypup sweet dreams!

Lil' Daisy...that's what Mama is calling me these days.
It all started when Auntie Mel asked Mama how I was doing in my new home. Mama liked the name so much that she started using it. BOL!
You see compared to my big sis' Lucy I'm tiny. Lucy is a 15-inch beagley and I'm a 13-inch beagley. Big sis' is 30 pounds and I'm a petite beagley at only 18 pounds.
Mama keeps an eye on Grandpa 'cause he likes to show his love by giving us treats. She says that is why Lucy is as big as a tank.
Hey! Mama that's is not nice to say 'bout big sis! She's just big boned.

OMD! I'm in BIG troubles.
I need to get back on grandpa's good side.
Last night the power went off in our neighborhood.
Everything was black and dark.
So dark that I couldn't see my little paws.
Big sis Lucy kept us safe :-)
We spent part of the time in the front porch looking at the sky.
Mama says she loves to watch the stars at night.
Anypaws, we went inside and as Mama went to take a shower we kept Grandpa company.
I admit, I was bored.
I found something totally interesting on the side table...Grandpa's glasses.
I snatched them without him knowing it 'cause it was dark.
He must have heard me 'cause he turned the flashlight in my direction and caught me in the act as I was starting to chew on his glasses.
I tried to explain but he didn't understand.
I was only trying to clean his glasses :-(

There's something funny going on at the house.
Something smells funny and it's not Bacon.

Mama is crazee! Loca in la cabeza!
Last night Mama got home late, and decided I needed a baff!
Yeah pups! A baff!
She said something about me needing to be "fixed".

Hi everypup!
I wanted to wish you all a wonderfur 4th of July.
Full of MEATZ falling from the barbeques and lots of belly rubs from the peeps.
Be safe around the BBQ and the fireworks.

It's been a month since I've been in my forever home. A lot has happened in the last four weeks.
I met Mama, and then I met Lucy. Mama took me to see Dr. J and he fixed me up pretty.
No more days of sleeping out in the cold of the night or spending the days out in the sun and the rain.
No more soggy food, and no longer tied up outside by myself.
Now I have a nice warm loving home, a wonderful big sister and many new friends.
I learned to play with toys, I tasted my first of many frosty paws. And I learned from Lucy how to master the art of begging for treats. I even got a nice comfy, plush bed next to the big bed.
I'm so happy and grateful that I found Mama and such a loving family.
And the best part is that I got meet a lot of wonderful furiends in dis dogster place.
Life is good! and I'm blessed!

I'm finally begining to feel better.
Mama says that I'm beginning to show that I'm an "optimal pooper".
So embarassing! Every afternoon when she comes home from work she asks Grandpa for a "poop report". She wants to know the color, consistency and all things related to my bowel functions. I say... *privacy please"
I'm taking my medicine and I'm on a restricted diet. I can only eat some kind of EN type food. Ewww!
I know is for my own good.

What an honor! I've ony been on this Dogster wonderfur place for a short time and I'm already chosen. Woo-hoo!
Mama! Take the meatz and the treats out! We need to celebrate!
