Bio:
8/31/10~ My name is Theo and I am ready for my next adventure...My new life with you! I am an active fellow, so I am going to need a family who can keep up with my adventurous personality. I am always up for playtime, so plenty of games like fetch, tug-of-war, and fun puzzle toys keep me happy and my mind active. I am a smart boy and would be the shining star of obedience class! I have learned a few commands, but would love to further my education as I am very eager and willing to learn. Plus, it would be a great bonding experience. Did I tell you that I am house-trained and do not have to stay in a crate when my foster parents are away from home? So, if you are looking for a healthy, happy-go-lucky boy, I am the one for you. Surf on over to www.blueridgeboxerrescue.com and fill-out an application to adopt me. You will not regret your decision. Greetings everyone! My name is Theo and I am happy to be out of the shelter! My previous owner could no longer care for me due to his health, so he took me to the shelter. I was finally rescued last week, and boy have I learned a lot! I have experienced the indoors and all the unfamilar sounds associated with living inside- toothbrushes, hairdryers, washing machines, dish washers and televisions. Those things scared me at first, but now I am just very curious about them. I have a lot of energy, so my new mom and dad take me for walks and sometimes a run in the mornings and evenings. They keep telling me to "sit", but I haven't yet figured out what they are talking about; Mom says we have to keep practicing. I stay in a crate during the day and through the night; Mom tells me I do very well in the crate. I like it because she gives me a peanut butter treat! I have only been away from the shelter for a few days, so I still have a lot to learn. But...I do know that I am looking for a family of my very own that will love me forever. I am a good boy with a lot of energy who just needs more exercise than most dogs to minimize my energy level. Please consider adopting me and I promise you will never regret it! I mean, who can resist my handsome squishy face?
