Bio:
My name is Vance. I am a 5-year-old boxer with my tailed docked and natural ears. I am house-broke, love kids, and get along well with my other housemates. They are mostly dogs but we have a cat and mom takes care of all of us. Mom says I am a good boy and my favorite place as you can see is the love-seat. I am about 65 lbs and handsome as they come if I do say so myself. Mom says I know my commands and will make a great housemate. I love to give kisses, I know how to sit, shake and lay down. I know what kennel means and I would be a good protector for you.

Requirements to Adopt:
Applicant(s) must be 21 years of age / Applicant(s) must be able to assist with transport of your new dog / Applicant(s) must agree to a homevisit and follow-up homevisit / All personal pets must be spayed/neutered and current on vaccines and on heartworm prevention./ Adopted boxers are required to be kept on heartworm prevention and current on vaccines for the duration of their lives./ Boxers will only be adopted to indoor homes.
Adoption Fees:
Blue Ridge Boxer Rescue's adoption fee is between $250 & $350, unless otherwise noted. All of our Boxers are fully vetted (including:neuter/spay, rabies vaccine, HW test, dhlpp vaccines, fecal and worming) as well as treated for any injuries or illnesses prior to adoption. All of our Boxers are on heartworm prevention.
Please Note:
Details on individual dogs will not be discussed until we have received and approved your application and your home visit. After both of these requirements are met a Representative will contact you and answer any questions you may have.
