Arrival Story:
Charlie was adopted from the City of Los Angeles Harbor Animal Care Center in San Pedro ( http://www.laanimalservices.com ). He was found as a stray, wandering 7th Street in San Pedro, a community in Los Angeles. I saw him on the shelter web site and drove up first thing in the morning to adopt him!
