I'm a little sick! I went to the vet Thursday for my 3rd puppy visit and they couldn't find my stool labs from the visit 3 weeks before! They called the lab and I had this coccyx thing, coccidiosis? Ma says it's a real weird word.

That was 3 weeks ago! They wanted a fresh sample. Mama got them one and took it on Friday. That coccyx stuff is gone, but NOW I have giardia!!! Mama blames my kiddie pool. She has closed it. It's for 'day use only'. She also blames the puddles here in the mornings and evenings when we walk. No more drinking from those!

My poopie had been fine! As soon as Mom and Dad found out I (and Joey, of course, because we do EVERYTHING together!) had giardia I started getting the squirts! Joey too!

We both went liquid poo-poo right on cue, after diagnosis! Mama thinks this is weird. She wonders if we knew we got the diagnosis. No matter! We're medicated now and still doing well! BOL!

OMD! Ernie don't know what that it is. Mama has heard of it. I hope it are not TOO HORRORBULL. Maybe your pawrents will make you some rice and chicken broths or something like that so you won't have a bad belly no more. Poor little guy! Give Joey a smoochie from Ernie G., okay?

Get Better. There are too many important things to do when you're a puppy to lose a moment being sick! YUCK!

Frank!!
I forgot to mention in my diary that I had
cociddia a few weeks back and I had to take
medicine for 7 days. Some sticky yellowish
stuff. I wasn't sick or anything. They found
it when I went in for a puppy checkup.

And because of me, the rest of my pack had
to get treated too!
Mom had to put medicine in their water for
7 days. The didn't like that! They were kinda
bugged 'cause mom could only use one water
source for a week. They're used to having
3 bowls of water around the house at all times.
Mom was relieved when the week was up!

Mom had giardia years ago and she was sicker
than a dog, I mean, human! She doesn't know
how she got it. Had some of the pups tested
to see if they had it and no one did. She says
she wouldn't wish giardia on anyone!

Hope you and Joey feel 100% better real soon.
