Arrival Story:
MORE COMING SOON Meka is one of our very sad cases of neglect. She came to us as a stray from a shelter in San Antonio , and had a prolapsed uterus, was very underweight and had a very bad skin infection. Our vets were able to repair the prolapse, and have been working to clear up her skin. This petite Boxer-mix is only about 35 pounds and is very sweet, and only wants love and affection from her people. She is still recovering, but has finally found herself in a great foster home. We are happy to report that Meka is friendly, although shy, and loves her humans. She also has a foster brother who she gets along with great, and she does well with kids too. She is crate trained and housebroken, so all she needs now is a loving forever family! Please come out to meet Meka at our next adoption day - she can't wait to meet you!
