Bio:
Hi, my name is Janis. I am a six year old Boston Terrier. Right now I am in a loving foster home but I would really like to have my very own forever home. UNDERDOG RESCUE saved me from being auctioned off to another puppy-miller. My foster mom has two other Boston Terriers of her own, one I like and one I like to growl at. The old lady BT, I like cuz she lets me curl up and snuggle with her and she never tries to play with me. The other BT, is a crazy 2 yr old and he keeps trying to get me to play with him so I gotta growl at him so he leaves me alone, he is such a pest. I am not perfect, but my foster mom still kisses me and tells me the perfect home is waiting for me. If you asked me, I would tell you my dream home would be one where I could sit and be held and talked to and just with you all day, I am only 13 lbs so I'm not too heavy. I love people and would love to go with you everywhere you went - this weekend I even got to go fishing in a boat for something called an opener. My foster mom keeps saying stuff like down, sit, and go potty, she tells me I'm a good dog when I do these things so I'm working on doing them all the time. I really like to curl up in blankets and sleep in bed next to you. I don't remember how it happened, but I can't see outta my right eye. Sometimes I jump when someone comes up from that side but when I see who it is I wiggle my little butt off. My foster mom wants to add some stuff about me too. ....... Janis is blind in her right eye so her depth perception is not very good. She will jump on and off the couch, go up stairs and is working on going down. She LOVES people and is very content to be with someone all of the time. Janis isn't a bouncing off the wall bundle of energy typical Boston Terrier, she loves to be held and talked to. Janis seems very eager to please and with patient consistency, I believe she will be easy to train the basics. Janis has growled when my 2 yr old BT annoys her, but I have yet to hear her bark. Spayed and UTD on shots.
