Tug of war ropes... he just de-stuffs anything else... or de-squeakers them.
Favorite Food:
ANYTHING! The only thing he doesn't like is celery.
Favorite Walk:
Running on the beach, free in the backyard.
Best Tricks:
Finding hidden food items, tearing up food wrappers left out, herding his four cat siblings to the patio, will sit up and give you both paws.
Arrival Story:
After we had been married a year, we bought a house. I wanted a dog, but my husband was not convinced. I knew I wanted a weimeraner because a friend of my parents had one while I was growing up. We found an ad in the paper for a 6 month old, and drove an hour to see him. His current owners were keeping him in his crate for 18 to 20 hours a day because they couldn't handle his hyperactivity. We brought him home that night and he proceeded to tear up our house, eating couches, tearing down curtains while we were at work. We came sooooooooo close to finding him another home! But he stayed and got better, and now he's the best trained dog I've ever seen and the best with his two human children! His name was Sherman when we got him, but thankfully they had not filled out his AKC papers when we got him so we got to register him as Jasper.
Bio:
His parents are famous :) I have weimeraner books with their pictures in em, but he's neutered. One attempt at hopping a piggy back ride on my husband doing push-ups sealed his fate ;)

My Fourth of July started out just like all the rest. Mom and Dad took boys to Fourth party at Grannys/gramps house. I like Granny/gramps house. I go there when my family goes to disney world. I wanted to go, but no like fireworks. They light LOTS of fireworks, so I stay home. Mom and Dad talked about crating me, they know I scared of fireworks. They decide to leave me free in the house with crate open, 12 hours long time for me to be in crate. They talk about cats, decide to make Charlie, Lil'cat, Turtle and Spyder stay lock on screen porch where they sleep at night. Fraid they will pee in house cuz of fireworks.
Mom and Dad leave with boys.
People lighting off fireworks everywhere. I got scared. Jumped on window to see if Mom and Dads van coming back soon. Window broke, I fell out.
I got stuck, front half outside window, back half inside. Nice neighbors heard glass break, thought I was burglar. Came with flashlight, but I'm a big dog. Called fire department, big firemen got me out of window, gave me to neighbors. Neighbors called mom.
Mom and Dad came home, mom took me to ER with little brother, dad cleaned up mess with big brother.
I didn't get stitches anywhere, but have lots of booboos. Am on antibiotic, mom gives me inside banana pieces and pain pills that make me sleepy.
Spyder thinks my satellite dish is weird, other cats have seen it before and don't care.
I have to rest now, had busy night.
