Arrival Story:
We got Mia at 13 years old after she had ran away from her former owners mom. Her former owner asked us to keep her after she showed up in our front yard after being gone for over two weeks.

Bio:
Sadly when we got Mia we knew we only had her for a short time. We knew she had cancer but what we didnt know was that she had heart worms as well. Sadly the vet told us that her heart worms were so bad that treatment for her cancer and the heart worms wold not work because her cancer would kill her before the treatment for her heart worms could even start to take effect and her cancer treatment would not work because of her age. Sadly the end of March, Mia got out and when we found her after three days of searching she had crossed Rainbow Bridge
