I found her on petfinder in Feb 2009. She was adopted before I had a chance to meet her - bummer! A couple of months later, after chasing several dogs and failing, I got to my last choice at the SPCA only to find she was transferred to a shelter I couldn't get to. On that same night, I found out Chloe came back to the shelter. Well, the rest is history.
