Walking on tile floors (it's hilarious to watch), Touching him anywhere other than his head

Favorite Toy:
A wool blanket -- he crams as much of it in his mouth as he can and then just sits there with this big wad of blanket in his face.

Favorite Food:
Pizza (he got really excited when he smelled it, so I gave him a couple pieces of the sausage)

Best Tricks:
In the two bottom photos, Elroy is staring at my cat Ellie, who is just laying asleep on a shelf of her cat tree. Elroy stared at her for about 20 minutes straight, just like that, without moving.

Arrival Story:
I just got Elroy today (1/30/05) and he is my fifth foster dog. Here is his story from his owner: "I adopted my little dog last summer . . . He had been an abused little fellow and needed a lot of TLC. [We] seemed to be a perfect match. He adjusted to us very quickly. I had been told that he tended to be nippy. We have never been bitten by him thus far. My husband is pastor of a church . . . We live directly behind the church and therefore, have many visitors coming to our house. My little Elroy doesn't do so good when strangers come into the home and has regretfully bitten three of our church members. I have had to confine little Elroy downstairs with a gate. He has access to our backyard with a doggie door . . . I was doing the best thing for him. I still feel that if he had just the right situation......he would make someone a wonderful companion. He is very loyal to me and my husband and just wants to protect us. But, regretfully we have too much traffic in our home for him to handle. Can you help me by finding him a loving, quiet home?"

***Elroy was adopted today (2/12/05) by a man with a cute little Yorkie. Yay Elroy!!
