What a grueling six weeks it was. I think Dad worked harder than I did. The Instructor was really tough. It is so worth the work -- now I can visit the Children's Hospital and retirement centers visiting and making people feel better. I love everyone so it will be really easy for me. Dad had to work hard and study a lot of papers -- they have a lot of rules to protect us and the people we will be visiting.
I will keep you all posted on the things we will be doing.
Off to pester big sis and get some treats.

Yeap -- we hit the road again last week. I love traveling. Mom and Dad say Dixie and I travel better than most children. Dahh we know how to behave!
This was a fabulous trip to the annual M&G of WU. We drove to Darby and Caleigh's near Cincinnati. Their pawrents were just wonderful. We felt right at home. They have a POOL!! I had no idea I could swim, but when they took me in I just started paddling. Now I can't say it is my most favorite activity but it was nice to take a dip to cool down. It was very hot -- over 100 degrees (whatever that means).
There was this really great event -- I talked to an Animal Communicator and she could tell my pawrents what I was thinking. Now they know more about me and my life before I moved in with them two years ago. It was wonderful letting them know how happy I am with them and how miserable I was at my old house. Especially telling them about George eating my food and my being hungry all the time.
Dixie did OK -- she stayed inside in the A/C most of the time. At her age it was much better. She did talk with the communicator too and told us she did not plan on leaving anytime soon. She said she had a tooth problem, but it was OK. She also told them she knew she was the Queen (everyone already knew that). The communicator told my parents she could not feel any cancer when she rubbed Dixie.
On Saturday afternoon we all put on our costumes and paraded around for the humans to vote for us in several different categories.
Dixie was voted Most Glamorous
and of course -- I was voted CUTEST!!!!!!!!!!! Which everyone already knew.
I would like to thank Darby and Caleigh's pawrents for opening their home to us. It was a fabulous event.

Hi all -- just wanted to talk. Dixie is not good. My pawrents are really sad and that makes me sad.
I don't understand everything, but she has a mass on her bladder wall. I know she has been feeling really bad and peeing blood. The vet lady gave her some new meds and something for pain. We will know more next week.
Pawlease keep Dixie in your prayers. I know she is old and this is not good.
Thanks
