What isn't? He'll eat just about anything... Favorites are liver and raw meat!

He loves to walk anywhere, but especially somewhere with lots of things to smell, and dogs to play with

Dozer loves to shake, he'll do it to ask for attention or food.
Arrival Story:
As a high school student looking for a dog, I had some big ideas as to what I was looking for. Both me and my mom mainly wanted a big dog (>60lbs). My mom was on Craigslist and saw an advertisement for Dozer. She was the only person who called that was interested in Dozer, and went to pick him up a few days later. She then gave him to me as a present. I wasn't happy with the breed choise, but my mom said that she liked Dozer and wanted to keep him for herself if I wouldn't take him. So, I became the owner of Dozer. I haven't regretted it yet.
Bio:
Dozer is a medium energy dog who loves to snuggle and jog. I do 4-H with him. I am applying for an AKC PAL, and if I get it then I hope to compete in Earthdog, Agility, and Rally.

Living in the PNW, rain happens a lot. I actually like the rain, or I did before I got Dozer!
Dozer has long leg feathering, and when even he takes a walk in the wet weather, (even a short one) his legs and belly get wet and full of dirt and grime. I practically have to give him a bath after every walk. Sigh.

We're back from Lopez! Dozer had a great time, although he was terrified by the ferry. He loved the walks and attention, and I got some great photos of him on the beach and resting on the yacht.
I met a nice Borzoi breeder and got her e-mail. I hope to see her at our local kennel club show in the spring and talk with her again. After the CCI puppy is gone, I could get and raise another pup, so who knows?

This weekend Dozer and I will be camping on Lopez Island! This will be Dozer's first camping trip and I'm looking forward to spending time away with him.
We're packing all his supplies and preparing a backpack for him to ride in for bike trips. We'll take lots of pictures to and post some on Dogster!
