Arrival Story:
I wish I could say that Doxi was a rescue dog or a shelter pup, but that simply isn't the case. I was rockin' the mall one day and cruised through the pet store. I saw Doxi and her tiny little sister (less than 3lbs) scrounging about the cage. I always wanted a Dachshund when i was a kid and I just had to have her. I walked out of that Pet store with my head held high and she's been my best buddy ever since. It may not of been the PC thing to do (buy a dog from a pet store) but we volunteer at the APA for pennance. Doxi is a fantastic loyal dog and I can't imagine my life without her.
