Arrival Story:
Carmen was adopted through the Canadian Chihuahua Rescue and Transport (www.ccrt.net) at the age of 8. She and 2 other huahuas (Taco & Lola) were given to a shelter when their owners went to a retirement home. She was much happier in her foster home, then in the shelter and is now the queen of our 'pequeña familia'.
