Bio:
Kipper is 1.5-2 years old, and is extremely submissive. He's not very happy to be crated, and can get vocal, so no apartments or families that would need to crate him while they're home. But he's doing wonderfully with his house training, so he gets to stay out with the others when his foster parents are around.
He doesn't usually mind going in his crate at night but if you sleep too long (like 10+ hours) he will whine in the morning because he has to potty. He loves to play and is very active, and has a lot of power even when wearing a no-pull harness so could benefit from either concentrated leash training or a backyard to burn his energy off in. He knows how to sit and shake and lay down.
We won't rule out children of any age, but the smaller ones probably need to be pretty dog savvy because he can be a little jumpy when excited. He is a very sweet guy who gets along with cats too, so could really go almost anywhere.
