Owen loves to cuddle and get tummy rubs. He also enjoys playing with other dogs, especially his doggie brother, Merle. His favorite spot to be is on the arm of the couch looking out the front window.

Arrival Story:
I picked him out at the pound on Valentine's Day, the day before his scheduled euthanasia. I loved his hound dog ears and sweet personality.

Bio:
Owen is a dachshund/yellow lab/basset hound mix. He's short, but makes up for it with a big howl. He also loves to swim in the river, despite his very short legs.
