Arrival Story:
One day we were out in Conroe, Texas visiting my horse when the owner of the property warned my mother and i that her sister was coming with a litter of Dachshund puppies. Well, she came, with a litter of beautiful 3 month old Dachshund puppies. The breeder was handing them out to be put in the house, and i got handed Lady. She put one of her paws on each shoulder and licked me and that was that. She was mine, i had adopted her, and she adopted me. The owner, Christine noticed how upset Lady would get when i left the house, and how Lady always wanted to sleep with me, she would follow me around, and plus i had already named her. So she asked my mother if she could buy her for me, we accepted and we took her home, i've had her since she was exactly 3 months old and she's two now. She is "my perfectly beautiful little Lady."
