Bio:
"Tobi is an extremely happy boxer girl. She has an incredibly loving personality and enjoys being with her foster mom and playing with her fur sister. Her three favorite things in life are toys, treats and giving kisses. The more toys Tobi has scattered across the house, the better! All you have to do is say the word “treat” and Tobi starts doing a happy dance. She loves food! If you have treats, you can get her to sit, lie down and go into her crate without issue. Tobi also gives the best kisses ever! She loves to give kisses. Tobi is fully potty trained both with a doggie door and without. She has never had a single accident the entire time she’s been in her current foster home. She’s crate trained as well but will sometimes try to channel Houdini. She’ll go into her crate easily but needs to be fully locked in or she’ll try to get out. Tobi hardly ever barks. She tends to only make noise if she wants attention. Tobi likes to take walks and does really well on a leash. She would make a great jogging partner! Tobi likes both big and small dogs but must be introduced properly. She can show some aggression with other dogs when in public but does really well inside a home once properly introduced. Tobi and her current fur sister have gotten along famously from day 1 and have never had a single argument. Tobi has also done well when visiting other LBR foster families. Tobi’s thyroid does not function properly and so she takes ½ of a pill twice a day to keep her levels in the “normal” range. The pills do not cost a lot. When putting them in her food bowl or in a pill pocket, she takes them without issue. Other than her thyroid, Tobi is perfectly healthy! She has gained a little weight since recovering from heartworm treatment and now weighs 46.2 lbs! Tobi still has a lot of puppy in her and is very active. Because of this, she should go to a home with children over 7 years and would prefer to have other fur siblings to help her burn some of that energy. Tobi is truly an adorable boxer and has so much love to give to a special family. If you are interested in meeting her, please contact LBR!"
