Arrival Story:
Bixby spent the first 2 years of life in a puppy mill in Missouri. The mill was raided and 30 of the puppy mill dogs ended up in the NE Humane Society's adoption kennels. He was the last of the "30" to be adopted and we are so glad that he has been part of our family Since September 2009.
