I’ve been very sick and it wasn’t indigestion. I got the tick disease and for two weeks I had high fevers and I barely ate at all. I had my Frontline treatment up to date, but apparently an infected tick bit me anyway. I’ve been through a gazillion shots, all very painful (my vet has a new respect for Siberian lungs and vocal abilities), but happily I’m totally healthy now and almost as good as new. Actually, I’m in a pretty good mood these days because I’m trying to regain all the lost weight and I’m getting to eat all kinds of yummy stuff, such as pork liver and lamb hearts (Doesn’t it makes your mouth water?)
I’ll be posting pictures soon.

Wow! I'm in Today's Picks, in Diary Central! I can't believe it, what a great welcome present from Dogster. Because of it, I have two new friends, one of them the lovely Daisy, who passed away on 2007 but has a beautiful Dogster page.
I could use some happy moments, because I'm sick. Something I ate gave me indigestion (I'm a backyard junk scavenger, everything there looks good enough to eat) and I have a fever. I haven't been eating well since, of course, and my mom is worried about me. To make things worse, the vet has been giving me shots; I hate needles, I scream at the top of my lungs every time I see one coming my way. Well, thanks for this bright spot on a miserable day.

My mom Nr. 1 (Fabia, the furry one) was driving insane my little uncle Toqui; she thought he was her very own stuffed toy. So mom Nr. 2 (the tall, strict one) decided to pick Me, from a whole litter, so Fabia and I could be playmates and roughhouse to our hearts’ content. I’m now 10 months old, I’m already bigger than Fabia and more than her match in any game (she taught me the special “neck grip, with roll and drag” technique and she’s now regretting it). Everyone has gained from this arrangement - we get more exercise; we keep each other company when the human family is away at work and they enjoy watching our antics. Still, not everything is rosy: the lawn has taken a beating from our endless chasing games.
