Yesterday Mom took me over to work and spent hours on my coat again. Apparently, I am losing my puppy coat and that causes BIG mats to form almost overnight. But, (do not tell the handler guy!!!), my Mom is a good Mom and she used the scissors to get rid of lots of my mats! She said it was only puppy coat, afterall. It was MUCH easier on me that way. Now I am clean and shiny again. Today she waited until all the dew was dried off the grass before she took us down in the lab pen. And, the first thing she did was turn over the pool so we couldn't jump into it. Oh well, it was nice and cool so I ran and ran and ran. And, Chantel, my sister, had her bath today and she didn't get all dirty again, either! Mom said we did pick up a bunch of weed seeds but they will fall out by themselves. Sure hope so!
