Arrival Story:
Mollie was rescued by her current owner, Shannon. A man was going to shoot Mollie when she was a few weeks old becuase he could not "get rid of her". Shannon took Mollie home with her right then and there. However, Shannon was not prepared for the energy of a cattle dog. Mollie has been with Shannon for a year now.

Bio:
I met Mollie a couple of weeks ago when she got out of her yard. I was walking my dog when Mollie spotted us. She ran straight to us and followed us home. I kept Mollie for several days until I was able to locate her family. When I reunited Mollie with Shannon, that is when Shannon told me all about Mollie. She also infomed me that she is trying to find her a new home. Mollie needs either a farm or ranch to work on OR she needs a family that already has a dog or two for her to play with. She yearns for human contact, so she must be an inside dog with a BIG backyard to play in. Mollie was spayed on 4/13/10.

Looking for a Forever Family to Love Me

I have a new family

I am very excited to report that I have a new forever family. I was adopted on Saturday, May 8th, by an older couple that have land and 4 other dogs in Keller. I am so happy. I have 4 dogs to tire me out now, plus 2 grandchildren and my new parents. I have an acre of land to run on and a pond to play in.

I will always love my first mommy, Shannon. I know she did her best to keep me healthy and happy. And I thank her for her selfless act of finding me a new home so I would have playmates. I loved my time in Rowlett and will never forget my family and friends there.

Dawna will be by periodically to visit me and take pictures. She will keep you all updated on my status and hopefully will only have good things to say.

God Bless you all.

Well, the family that contacted us about adopting me never called back. So, I guess we are back to square one. I am still a cute, sweet, playful, young girl who is looking for a forever home. I really want someone (dog or person) who can spend time with me and play with me. I am getting very lonely and depressed. Doesn't anybody want me??????

Good afternoon to all. I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. I did. The neighbor lady came over and played ball with me. We had such a good time. She threw the ball, I went and got it. It was great fun. She was telling me while she was here that there was a nice lady that emailed her about adopting me. The lady said she has a ranch and 2 dogs for me to play with. Doesn't that sound GREAT! But we haven't heard back from her yet. I really hope she calls back. I am ready to have a Forever Family. I am so bored during the week. I need something to do or someone to hang out with. I sure hope someone calls for me soon. I am just wasting away my puppyhood.
