Bio:
Hi, my name is Deuce! I'm a young, flashy fawn male. My foster parents think I'm probably about 2 years old. I just recognized my shadow for the first time the other day! Freaked me out a bit but I'm cool with it now. And the house stairs are new to me too... one paw, two paw, three paw, four! My foster dad told me I'm very smart so I'll get it on my own soon. I'm also playful, energetic and love to fetch and run. I'm house trained and I know a lot of tricks. I can sit, shake, wait and stay! Impressive, I know! My foster dad is teaching me to lie down and says that I'm very trainable. I especially like practicing commands because I get lots of treats! Yum! My foster mom is helping me understand that my crate is a safe place so I go in with a treat and take my naps. I love to play with toys, especially squeaky balls! I sing along with them a lot of the time. The shelter was scary and made me very nervous and leery of others but I'm feeling safer now and I really enjoy hanging with my foster mom and dad. I take a few days to get used to new things, like other dogs, new people and places. I also met my first CAT, but I don't think we'll be friends just yet. If you'd like to be my forever home, I'll show you all my tricks in exchange for trust, love and... treats! I need a special place, but I am a special boy with lots to give. Can I come play at your house?
