Arrival Story:
I had been wanting a dog for close to a year. However, my mate and I were waiting for the right time. Then about a month ago, we were reviewing dogs that had been rescued. Puppies get adopted fast, personally I wanted to save a dog who needed a home. After reviewing several sites from different shelters, we cam across Patches picture. My mate immediately said "That's the one we are getting." I contacted the foster parent and set up a time to meet. The next day I drove an hour and a half away to meet my new best friend. It was love at first sight and he has been with me since.

Bio:
Patches was a stray that we believe was abused by his previous owners. This breaks my heart. When I first adopted him he was a little timid and very shy. However, since being home with us he has blossomed into a dog with wonderful character and a beautiful and loving personality. I could not have wished for a better friend.
