Arrival Story:
Missy was the first dog I owned by myself. It only took making a comment one time to my mother that I was thinking of getting a dog for a walking partner and companion. Within 2 weeks I had a puppy. While on a weekend getaway with my mother and daughter, we saw a sign for poddle puppies. We called from the store to make an appointment to go to the breeder's home. After visiting with the pups, I was sold. Missy seemed very interested in me and gave me kisses all over my face and ears. She had a white body and the cutest apricot ears. Because I wasn't planning on buying a dog at that moment, she had to sleep in a cardboard box for a day or two until I could get her a real kennel.
